Is LeadGrid an ATS or a CRM?

Neither, on purpose. Full ATS / CRM suites drown teams in fields and modules nobody fills in. LeadGrid is a thin layer above them: a shared grid that shows the state of every candidate and every lead across both teams, with AI CV intake so dossiers get created in seconds.

How does the AI CV intake actually work?

Drop a PDF in the new-candidate dialog. Within a few seconds LeadGrid returns the candidate's name, email, phone, current employer and role. You confirm or edit, add intake notes, assign an owner, and the dossier enters your pipeline. Scanned CVs also work because the model reads the pages visually.

Can my sales and recruitment teams share one workspace?

Yes, that's the whole point. Invite everyone into the same workspace and assign roles: owner, admin, or member. Both teams see each other's pipelines, stage moves, and deadlines. Members can't break flow settings, only admins can.

Where does my data live?

In a Supabase Postgres database hosted in the EU, with row-level security enforced per organization. CVs are stored in a private bucket that only members of your org can read. Every AI call (CV extraction, summaries, rejection letters) runs through OpenAI under our own contract — your data is never used for training and we don't share it with third parties.

What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Your existing dossiers, flows, notes and CVs stay readable. The only thing that changes is the Free plan limits (1 user, 10 active dossiers, 2 flows), so you can't create new records beyond those caps until you resubscribe. Resume before the period ends and nothing missed a beat.

Do you have a public API?

Yes, a full REST API plus signed webhooks, available on the Growth plan. Read the OpenAPI spec at /api/v1/openapi.json once you're logged in. Every core resource (dossiers, flows, stages, notes) is scriptable.
